Q1. Do you have a minimum order quantity for your order?
A: Under normal circumstances, the minimum order quantity is 1.

Q2. Is there any color difference between the actual product and the design draft?
A: The colors seen on monitors (computers, mobile phones) are displayed in RGB, and our products are produced in CMYK printing mode. Therefore, it is inevitable that there may be some degree of deviation in the colors seen on the monitor compared to the actual product. And the product also needs to be baked at high temperatures before it finally solidifies.

Suggestion: For orders with high color requirements, it is recommended to make samples first and arrange for subsequent production after the samples are qualified.

Q3. How to order products?
A: First, let us know your requirements or how to use it.
Secondly, we will provide a quotation based on your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly, you complete the remittance through the designated method. First, confirm the sample, and then proceed with the formal order after the sample is approved.
Fourthly, after receiving the payment, we will arrange production.
